RBSI confirms rebranding as Direct Line

RBS has confirmed it is rebranding its insurance division as Direct Line Group to make it more attractive for the forced sale required when it accepted a government bailout.

On 10 February Post reported that RBSI had rebranded the bank logo for a D-shaped rainbow-coloured logo.

The consumer brands Direct Line, Churchill, Privilege and Green Flag, plus the broker business
