Specialist UK general insurer, IGI Group, has re-launched its flagship residential property owners product to incorporate a number of new enhancements including malicious damage caused by tenants.
The newly improved product is available now for new and existing clients. Cover extends to all types of rental properties from houses and bedsits to semi-commercial and unoccupied premises.
