Kroll buys up counter-terrorism intelligence firm
Kroll, the global risk consulting company that is a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan, has acquired Homeland Solutions, a privately-held intelligence management consulting and analytical training company recognized for its role in developing and deploying the counter-terrorism information-sharing networks used by US law enforcement and intelligence communities. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
"Homeland Solutions is an innovative company with a track record of producing real results for law enforcement organizations in the domestic war on terror," said Kroll's Security Group President Kelly
