Marsh backs Spitzer investigations
Marsh and McLennan chief executive Michael Cherkasky today insisted New York Attorney general Eliot Spitzer was justified in his investigations into the broker.
He told risk managers at a London conference that the enquiry has helped the broker move on; and he once again apologised for Marsh’s conduct.He said: “There was only a handful of bid rigging cases
