Max Capital income halves in H1

Max Capital Group has reported net income for the second quarter of 2008 of $74.2m, compared to net income of $94.1m for the second quarter of 2007. Net operating income was $76.1m, compared to net operating income of $94.4m for the same quarter in 2007.

For the six months ended 30 June 2008, the company had net income of $82m, compared to $174.1m for the first six months of 2007. Net operating income was $82.4m, to $175.5m for the six months ended 30

Axa aims to double schemes business
