ASHE 6115 index judged appropriate

The appropriateness of indexation on the basis of ASHE 6115 has been established and insurers will not be able to re-open that issue before judges, the Court of Appeal said on Thursday in the Thompstone v Tameside & Glossop Acute Services NHS Trust case.
