Watchstone files defence in £637m S&G fraud lawsuit
Watchstone has filed its defence in the £637m lawsuit launched by Slater & Gordon in June.
The lawsuit accuses Watchstone, formerly Quindell, of breach of warranty and/or fraudulent misrepresentation in relation to the group’s sale of its professional services unit to S&G in 2015.
