Aviva’s David Coulthard ad banned by watchdog
An Aviva advert starring ex-Formula 1 racing driving David Coulthard as a taxi driver has been banned for encouraging reckless driving.
The advert, promoting the Aviva Drive app, received 58 complaints to the Advertising Standards Authority. The watchdog ruled that the advert could not be shown again in its current form.
