Nicky Morgan urges Chancellor to make a decision on long-standing insurance contracts before Brexit
Chair of the Treasury Committee, Nicky Morgan, has written to Chancellor Philip Hammond on the issue of how cross-border insurance contracts will be managed after Brexit.
The letter from Morgan follows concerns raised by the Association of British Insurers that negotiations over how to handle long-standing contracts should be part of first-phase Brexit negotiations.
