Fashion firm faces £40m FCA bill for mis-selling GI products
A fashion company may be facing a bill of £40m from the Financial Conduct Authority after mis-selling GI products.
The group said that it has identified flaws in certain general insurance products which were provided by a third party insurance underwriter and sold by N Brown to its customers between 2006 and 2014
