Insurance Europe responds to Vnuk consultation
Insurance Europe and the Council of Bureaux have issued a joint response to the European Commission’s inception impact assessment on the Refit review of the Motor Insurance Directive.
The response stated that the systems put in place through the MID for ensuring compulsory third party liability insurance “is a system which works well”, and that this will continue to be the case
