Motorists fear further IPT rises this week
Four out of 10 motorists believe the Chancellor will raise the insurance premium tax still further in his Spring Budget.
Despite the IPT being raised from 6%, to 10% and now 12% in under two years, an RAC opinion panel found motorists expecting further rises in the statement on Wednesday.
The panel found that 67%
