Boris Johnson rounds on ‘insane’ Vnuk ruling
Boris Johnson has declared the EU Vnuk ruling as “insane”, even as the government launches a consultation on ways to incorporate the ruling into UK law.
The Foreign Secretary said it was “undemocratic law making” like Vnuk that made him glad the country had voted for Brexit.
The consultation will question what type of vehicle is compulsory to insure
