R&Q acquires RLGI run-off
Randall and Quilter has acquired RLGI, a UK non-life insurance company in run-off, from Royal London Mutual Insurance Society.
The deal, which is subject to regulatory approval, will see RLGI's business transferred to R&Q Insurance in Malta. It is hoped that the transfer will be complete by the end of 2017.
