Six out of 10 policyholders now using online self-service

Six out of 10 policyholders are now using online self-service for car and home insurance.

A survey by Censuswide on behalf of CDL, found that 37% of respondents use online portals to manage both car and home insurance, with a further 23% using the technology for at least one of these lines

Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
