Number of insurance M&As falls by 30%
The number of mergers and acquisitions has fallen by 30%, research has found.
Clyde & Co discovered that between October 2015 and March 2016, only 173 insurance business M&A deals were done worldwide, compared with 250 for the same period the previous year.
