Automated cars will be the norm by 2050, says Thatcham
By 2050 all drivers in the UK will use fully automated cars, according to Matthew Avery, director of insurance research at Thatcham Research.
Avery was speaking at the Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport ‘Safer Vehicles 2016' conference at the QEII Conference Centre in London.
