Covéa confirms completion of Sterling integration
Sterling Insurance is no longer a separate trading entity having formally integrated into Covéa Insurance on 1 January 2016.
The announcement follows High Court approval of the transfer under Part VII of the Financial Services and Markets Act, which was granted on 11 December 2015.
As a combined business, Covéa said it
