CMA to investigate Willis and Miller deal
The Competitions and Markets Authority has decided to launch a formal investigation into the proposed majority acquisition of Miller Insurance Services by Willis.
The CMA announced in February that it was inviting comments into the potential deal and "whether it is or may be the case that this transaction has resulted in the creation of a relevant merger
