Editor's comment: Learning from the whizz kids
My six year-old is a whizz on the iPad and has been since he was four. While I carefully follow the instructions to the apps we download, he learns as he plays and instinctively works out when he needs to tap, tilt or shake the tablet.
He has never known anything but instant photos and TV-on-demand and he already knows we can Google anything I don’t know the answer to. And my 13-year-old nephew is a step ahead of even this, showing
