2015 was always set to be a big year for UK flood discussions, with the Flood Re scheme agreed within the Water Bill due to be up and running this summer.
However, the British Insurance Brokers’ Association is now proposing a scheme intended to provide a commercial solution for those properties excluded from Flood Re.
