Esure buys remaining Go Compare stake for £95m
Esure has purchased the remaining 50% stake in aggregator Go Compare for £95m giving the price comparison website a valuation of £190m.
As part of the deal, Go Compare founder and CEO Hayley Parsons is to leave the business to pursue other personal and business interests.
The deal is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2015.
