AIG reports 23% Q3 group post-tax profit leap
AIG's property casualty division has recorded a combined operating ratio of 102% in the third quarter of 2014 alongside a divisional pre-tax operating income of $1.1bn (£687m).
The division's COR had deteriorated slightly from 101.6% in the third quarter of 2013 and pre-tax operating income increased 2% on its prior year result.
Overall, the American insurer saw a third
