Amlin increases stake in LCP to 75%
Amlin has agreed to increase its stake in Leadenhall Capital Partners, the reinsurance-linked securities investment manager which it established with the individual partners of LCP in 2008.
Under the terms of the agreement, Amlin has increased its current 40% interest in the business to 75% via a partial acquisition of each individual partner's stake.
