Home insurance profitability to end in 2015 says EY
The UK’s home insurance market is set to end a long run of profitability, according to figures from EY.
The consultancy said that continued reductions in premiums and rising expenses mean that 2014 could be the last profitable year for the home insurance market, which has not made a loss since 2007.
