Insurance M&A heating up again after three-year slide
The volume of mergers and acquisitions in the insurance industry rose in the first half of 2014 for the first time since 2011, with 192 transactions worldwide compared to 162 in the same period a year ago.
The figures come from the latest Global M&A report from law firm Clyde & Co.
