Typhoon Rammasun causes damage in Phillippines
Over 350 000 people have been evacuated in the Philippines as a significant typhoon makes landfall.
The category three typhoon, known locally as Glenda, has had winds up to 250 km/hr and has toppled trees and power lines. It has also brought storm surges to Manila Bay.
