Smith talks up customer focus after winning BIA achievement award
The British Insurance Awards 2014 achievement award winner Barry Smith has underlined how good practice in supporting policyholders can improve customer confidence in the sector.
The insurance industry stalwart, who is currently group chief operating officer at Ageas, was honoured at the 20th annual awards ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall last night.
