Affinity partners focus too much on the pre-nup, says John Lewis boss

Too many affinity deals are based on financial objectives, rather than shared values, according to John Lewis’ financial services director John Brady.

Speaking at Post's Affinity 2014 event, Brady said John Lewis' constitution, which enshrines how customers are to be treated, also underpinned its financial services strategy.
