An online customer service study of ten major UK insurance players has revealed that just 30% of emails and tweets are responded to successfully.
The Eptica multichannel customer experience study evaluated Aviva, Axa, Admiral, Churchill, Esure, Legal & General, LV, More Than, NFU Mutual and Swiftcover on their responses to routine questions
