Insurers' succession planning should aid talent retention
Insurers are placing greater emphasis on succession planning than at any time in the past but could still improve in this area, according to a study by Randstad Financial & Professional.
The HR survey by Randstad found that only 15% of insurance firms had failed to carry out succession planning of any kind, compared with 25% of financial services firms as a whole.
