RSA preparing to divest Asian operations, states report
RSA is looking to offload its Asian operations in an auction that could generate up to $500m (£294m), according to a Reuters report.
Sompo Japan Insurance and Axa are both considering bids, while QBE and Allianz are also weighing their options, the news agency said.
