It is impossible to please all of the people all of the time, but it seems the Competition and Markets Authority has failed to please almost every motor insurer this week.

Releasing its proposals to improve competition in the private motor insurance market, it has been criticised by industry players for falling short. Issues include failing to recommend a referral fee
