Brit poised for promotion to FTSE 250 exchange
Brit Insurance is to be included on the FTSE 250 index on the London Stock Exchange as part of a quarterly reshuffle of listed firms.
The index consists of the 101st to the 350th largest companies on the London Stock Exchange and promotions to and demotions take place in March, June, September and December.
