Capital Z deal tees up potential acquisitions as BMS is renamed Minova
BMS Associates has been renamed Minova Insurance following the completion of £30m of investment by private equity firm Capital Z.
The additional funding is expected to enable the firm to expand via corporate acquisitions and by attracting teams and individuals.
Minova's portfolio currently consists of its underwriting businesses
