Chinese insurer provides heatwave insurance

Zhong An Online Property Insurance is providing a policy for high temperatures.

The policy is available via online shopping firm Taobao and is backed by e-commerce firm Alibaba, internet company Tencent and insurer Ping An.

According to the South China Morning Post, the policy

Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
