Healthy Pets CEO launches UK mobility scooter cover

The chief executive of Healthy Pets insurance has launched a niche insurance product for mobility and scooter and related markets.

Mark Effenberg devised the Blue Badge Mobility Insurance brand in response to struggles to find similar cover for his son, who has cerebral palsy.

Blue Badge will provide policies covering use
