Hong Kong issues Vietnam travel warning
Following riots targeted at Chinese businesses, the Hong Kong government has raised a red warning (raised from amber) for travel to Vietnam.
Vietnamese protestors have been upset about China's decision to place an oil rig in disputed waters in the South China Sea. They subsequently targeted hundreds of foreign-owned factories in Binh Duong
