Aviva contents claimants offered Amazon gift certificates
Aviva is talking up the benefits of a partnership with Amazon that enables the insurer to provide gift certificates to policyholders who have lodged contents claims within 90 seconds via text or email.
Aviva first started working alongside the online retailer in July last year in an arrangement that allows policyholders to select replacements for household items that have been damaged or destroyed
