Chase Templeton acquires Health Assist
Medical insurance specialist Chase Templeton has purchased Kenilworth-based business Health Assist.
The deal will add £1.9m in annual premium income to Chase Templeton’s business division. Health Assist specialises in company PMI, employee benefits and group risk.
