Biba demands clarity on fair representation rules
Responding to the Insurance Contract Law consultation, The British Insurance Brokers’ Association has warned that brokers may face additional requirements on accuracy of customer data.
Although Biba welcomed the Law Commission consultation, it also pushed for further information on draft clauses of the Insurance Contract Law Bill, which could change brokers' roles in fair
