RSA admits weighing rights issue plans
RSA has admitted it is weighing plans to strengthen its balances sheet through a rights issue, but stressed that no final decision has been made.
In a statement on the London Stock Exchange this morning, the insurer said that a full update on its business review will be provided at the same time as its full year preliminary results on 27
