Aviva faces £323m bill for technical errors
Aviva is facing a compensation bill of up to £323m following technical errors that have resulted in underpayments over a number of years, according to reports.
The Daily Mail alleges Aviva has known about the issue since 2007 and has already paid out £180m to affected customers.
Aviva has confirmed it has paid out £163m to 390 000 life insurance
