Quindell set to acquire remainder of Ingenie
Outsourcing provider Quindell has agreed a deal to acquire the remaining shares in telematics firm Ingenie.
The publically listed outsourcing service provider already owns 43% of Ingenie having made a major investment in September 2013.
The option to acquire, agreed in principle on 21 January 2014, would
