Cyber-attacks and government surveillance are eroding trust in the internet as a place for communication and commerce, according to Zurich’s chief risk officer Axel Lehmann.
Speaking at the launch of the World Economic Forum's Global Risk report, Lehmann said recent revelations such as the NSA's Prism surveillance programme had reduced the international communities'
