SRA threatens disciplinary against firms without PI cover
The SRA has warned that it may take disciplinary action against solicitors continuing to operate despite having failed to renew their professional indemnity cover.
The SRA said it continues to work with the 117 firms in the EPP "to remind them of their responsibilities through regular and proactive engagement and the use of compliance plans".
