KBC Group names Huyghebaert successor
KBC Group has appointed Thomas Leysen chairman of the company’s board. The appointment follows the decision of 65-year-olf current chairman Jan Huyghebaert to step down from the role.
Mr Huyghebaert expressed his intention to end his office as chairman of the boards of directors of KBC Group, KBC Bank and KBC Insurance on 1 October 2011.
