Neal becomes group CEO for QBE as O'Halloran retires

QBE Insurance Group has confirmed John Neal will succeed Frank O'Halloran as group chief executive officer when he retires.

Neal, who is currently chief executive officer of QBE's Global Underwriting Operations, will replace Frank O'Halloran who will be retiring on 17 August 2012 allowing for a six-month handover. O
