BNP Paribas Cardif enters joint venture with Bank of Beijing
BNP Paribas Cardif is expanding into the Chinese market with a joint venture with Bank of Beijing.
The insurer is acquiring ING Group’s 50% share in its life insurance venture with the bank.
BNP Paribas Cardif and Bank of Beijing will be sole and equal shareholders in the venture.
