QBE appoints country manager for new Belgium operation
QBE has named Erik de Smedt as country manager for Belgium, following a decision to open an underwriting office in Brussels.
The new office is designed to complement QBE's presence in 20 markets across Europe and enable it to offer local underwriting and local service to companies in Belgium and Luxemburg.
